Our Locations
Zimbabwe – Peak Point Service’s home and headquarters. Our main facility is located in the heart of Harare with access to critical ICT infrastructure and a host of other amenities.
South Africa – We are rapidly scaling throughout South Africa. We're currently exploring expansion sites in Durban and Johannesburg. South Africa provides a unique value proposition for Business Process Outsourcing companies. Whether it be access to world class talent pools or favorable investment incentives - South Africa is a place we'd like to be.
Kenya – Our next destination country. Kenya is a fast-growing market with the infrastructure in place to host fast growth BPOs like Peak Point Service. With a vibrant start-up scene and entrepreneurial culture, Kenya is an easy next choice in our expansion strategy.
